Blue and White

Posted in Poetry/Lyrics at 9:14 pm by bizarrerhymes

Blue and white
Blue and white
Blue and white
And then one day some
Blue and grey.

Blue and white
Blue and white
Blue and white
And from the darkness
Came the light.

Cotton white on litmus blue.
Drops of ink in water skew
Watch the pattern
Changing nature
While the colours
Change the world.

See before you fifty fathoms,
Mountain ranges climb above,
Scarlet, crimson, violet ripples,
Sail on purple indigo.

Blue and white
Blue and white
Blue and white
And then one day some
Blue and grey.
